REASONS

1.

The hearing of this appeal was listed for 23 February 2026. The Appellant did not attend, had not communicated with the Tribunal that he would not attend and was not contactable at the time of the hearing.

By Direction dated 4 March, the Appellant was directed by 13 March 2026 to provide his availability for a relisted hearing of the appeal.

The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction would automatically lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal under Rule 8(1).
